Briston Clubmaster Diver: gentlemen’s elegance combined with technology
Cocorico! Briston, a young French brand, presents its new range of watches: Clubmaster Diver. A clever blend of performance and style.
Briston Clubmaster Diver: modern sportsmanship and vintage look
For the first time, Briston presents an automatic watch dedicated to diving: the Clubmaster Diver. On the look side, the watch has a classic and very elegant style, but also an undeniable sporty side. The case of the Clubmaster Diver measures 42 mm and is available in several versions: classic turtle tortoise shell acetate, sporty brushed steel and elegant polished steel. The design is totally atypical and gives the watch a very retro style. The Clubmaster Diver has interchangeable bracelets that correspond to the spirit of each model in this collection. One thing is certain, everyone will find their own style with the Clubmaster Diver.
Visually, the case is immediately recognizable thanks to the two crowns on the right-hand side that pay tribute to the Supercompressor diver’s watches of the 60s.
Very neat finishes for the Briston Clubmaster Diver watch
The Briston Clubmaster Diver withstands a water pressure of up to 20 bar. For the settings, the watch is equipped with a crown at 4 o’ clock to set the time and date, as well as another crown at 2 o’ clock to set the internal bezel and monitor the immersion times.
Briston obviously wants divers to be satisfied with their underwater experiences with the Clubmaster Diver, but the French brand especially wants them to be safe. The readability of the dial has therefore been worked very hard to achieve brilliant clarity and unquestionable efficiency, even underwater.
In the darkness, the Clubmaster Diver watch will also be the ideal partner. The bidirectional rotating bezel is equipped with numbers and bars filled with Superluminova® white luminescent. The central part of the dial and the hands are also equipped with white luminescent inserts. Briston really wanted to emphasize legibility in all circumstances.
Briston’s first automatic watch
The Clubmaster Diver watch is equipped with the Japanese automatic movement manufactured by Seiko: NH35. It is therefore a true guarantee of reliability and precision. Displaying hours, minutes and a date window and decorated with 24 jewels, this movement oscillates at 21,600 vibrations per hour. When the watch is completely wound up, it has a power reserve of up to 41 hours.
The French watchmaker Briston
After having spent 15 years in the major watchmaking companies, the creator Brice Jaunet wanted to create a company that resembles him and above all watches with inimitable styles. Briston watches are authentic, chic and offbeat. There is also a sporting and British inspiration thanks to the Nato bracelets (abbreviated from the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation – NATO in French), originally developed for combat swimmers by Her Majesty’s Gracious Majesty in 1973. Five years after the launch at Colette, Briston watches seduce dandys, hipsters, women, men and influencers around the world. A much-deserved success!
