This long process was initiated 270 years ago and associates fruity, audacious palate and maturity. Each stratum keeps its singularity while remaining complementary to the others, being both complex and balanced. The mutli-vintage champagne Moët & Chandon MCIII is composed with Grand Vintage 1998, 2000 and 2002 (37,5%), Grand Vintage Champagne 1999, 1998 and 1993 (25%), with the most intense Chardonnay and most structured Pinot Noir (37,5%).

The first vintage from the MCIII saga
This first vintage Moët & Chandon MCIII is called the 001.14: 001 means the first one and 14 stands for the disgorging, after a 10-years maturation in cellars.
This complex and harmonious champagne reveals an incomparable and traditional know-how. The nose is composed with mature and stunning components as, among others, coffee notes, mocha and liquorice. Then it reveals fruity notes as kumquats, verbena or again bergamot.
The Moët & Chandon MCIII palate represents an intense and elegant richness. You can taste candide citrus fruits, dried figs and dates that are melting with soft spices for a precise and invigorating finale.
