Gastronomy’s awakening of senses
Le chabichou restaurant (two-Michelin-starred) offers a unique opportunity to enjoy classic and refined cuisine, proudly serving flavors, and presented by the chefs Michel Rochedy (France’s top chef) and Stéphane Buron (France’s best worker in 2004) in their 300m2 finely built space.
Honoring noble products such as Bresse’s pigeon or the blue lobster, the restaurant’s gastronomic cuisine at Chabichou makes perfect mixing of flavors. Vervain-based caramelized pork belly, served with a braised pork cheek and a truffle-based creamy polenta are recipes that marvelously show off Chabichou’s one and only signature.
And considering that cuisine is undoubtedly about sharing, the chefs welcome you beside the stoves, or in the vegetable gardens, and unveil some exquisite meals’ secrecy.
In between subtlety, refinement and inventiveness, the worldwide-known restaurant exhibits since 1984 its two stars in the famous Michelin guide, almost 30 years of excellence.
