Starting in January 2015, The St. Regis Aspen Resort is launching the Mountaintop Reboot Program which features expert training sessions, personalized wellness tips, a healthy cooking class, and outdoor adventure.

- A guided snowshoe hike with a naturalist who enlightens guests on Aspen’s history. Guests can choose from a leisure hike through mining ghost towns, charge up 2,000 feet of vertical climbing on Aspen Mountain while watching the sun rise before the lifts open, or enjoy a majestic moonlight hike encapsulated by snow covered trees.
- Three hours of private consultation with the resort’s nutritionist and personal trainer, including a customized food and fitness plan for guests upon returning home;
- A private cooking class with the resort’s executive chef after which guests will receive an individualized menu to take home with five easy and healthy dinner options;
- And a customized one-hour facial at the resort’s Remède Spa, recently named #1 Hotel Spa in the World by Travel + Leisure.
