HYT launches H2 full bronze timepiece
Remember : in 2013, HYT launched its second collection engineered in partnership with Audemars Piguet Renaud & Papi. This year, HYT come with the new tour de force from the Hydro Mechanical Horologists – an H2 Full Bronze.
Unmistakable essence
Beside keeping the same unbelievable DNA – hydro-mechanical horology, the H2 Full Bronze dared to step out of conformity and added unique metallic shades on each of those cases architecture giving bronze tones.
The H2 Full Bronze comes with a brown Madras goat leather alligator strap, which has titanium bronze PVD deployant buckle.
Talking about performances, the H2 Full Bronze features a 8-day power reserve timepiece, composed of three functions: a thermal indicator – at 9:00 – indicating if the watch is in its optimal temperature segment; opposite the latter, a crown-position hand (H-N-R) indicates if you are either setting the time (H), winding-up the power-reserve (R), or neutral (N) when the crown is in its original position and finally at 6:00, a « déphaseur angulaire » also called jumping minute hand.
Hybridisation pushed to its peak
Firstly, by the position of the bellows, positioned at 6 o’clock in “V” and rising, which clearly evokes the most outstanding achievements of automotive and aeronautical engineering. This optimises the integration of the interface that connects the watch mechanisms with the fluidic system.
Mirroring the pair of bellows, the balance spring presides at midday on its black bridge, the dome marking the rhythm of life in this unique world.
At 3 o’clock is a “H-N-R” crown position indicator, which brings to mind the gearstick of a racing car, is counterbalanced by the presence of another hand, which is also original and exclusive to HYT, a thermal indicator.
Once the watch is being worn, this function enables the user to accurately find out when the fluid has reached the optimum temperature range. In the centre, a minute hand, designed in stages to perfectly fit the structure of the fluidic system jumps after 30 minutes to avoid the bellows.
H2 Full Bronze watch is limited to only 15 pieces. Its price ? 150 000$.
